There are half-a-dozen scandals that should have imprisoned Biden, Obama and Hilary Clinton – but even here they are being shielded by the Deep State. By going around the usual channels, and by raining down chaos in OODA loops of slow-reveals, Giuliani is going to put the entire DNC on tilt. This is an amazing, virtuoso performance of politics as 4D chess.
