I have a walk-through this morning, so this is just a list of what I’ve seen out there this morning. I’m sure there’s stuff I’m missing, and the real news will come when people have had time to play with the new feature set. No particular order, no presumption of agreement or endorsement, just wall-to-wall coverage.
Drew Meyers’ list of links has been expanded.
Ardell has a list of her own going.
Much more: ZillowBlog, LA Times, Ardell’s other weblog, MSNBC, Seasttle Post-Intelligencer, HotPads, SocketSite, TransparentRE, Ubertor, Three Oceans Real Estate early and later, Sellsius, Galen Ward at RCG (cited last night, also), Real Central VA, Matrix, 360 Digest, BlueRoof.com.

The owner opt-out may now be a real issue Zillow will have to face. Cathleen is absolutely correct that buyers may tend to discount listings where the (perfectly justified) asking price is higher than the zestimate. Now if an owner wants the zestimate taken down, so as not to misdirect/confuse/mislead/whatever reason compete with the listing price, we PREDICT zillow will have to let them take the vaulted zestimate down. It now, more than ever, becomes an owners RIGHT to control how their “for sale” listing is displayed. Thank you zillow for eventually doing this. What say you David G, I know you’re listening.
