My presumption is that this is being done without permission — it was in the case of BloodhoundBlog. In other words, this seems to me to be a case of RSS feed piracy.
Good news: The site is run by an actual human being, Ian Holsman, who says he will remove feeds upon request — which he has done with BloodhoundBlog.
Why these dinks can’t just ask permission in the first place, I don’t know.
Lorelle on WordPress has much, much more on dealing with content theft — and her advice is not-for-WordPress-only.

I created the site so I could track of all you guys, not to ‘steal’ your content.
I was actually quite aware of RSS-stealing, which is why I only used the first 150 words of your blog post as a teaser for people to click through to your sites.
why did i do it?
I don’t have 2-3 hours a day to track all of you and and your posts (as I don’t live or breathe real estate like you do), so I use the ‘popular’ page on the front door of the site so I can see what others are finding popular, and with that get a brief rundown on what is going on.
I was going to contact you all in a month when the site has actually started being useful (it needs a crowd to run well) and you could see your referral logs to judge for yourself if it was increasing traffic to your sites and getting your message to more people..
ian.
and as Greg mentioned, if you want your content removed, just email me ian@zilbo.com.. I didn’t mean to upset you guys

Ad-supported — that was the motive. Not that I care, it was the duplicated content that set off my cyber-hounds.
