When I was in Phoenix last week for the AAR deal, the economist named Pollack said that one out of 19 jobs in the country are created in Phoenix. But many want us all to believe that Rome is burning.
You guys are ruining everything! I’ve been grinning from ear to ear reading daily of the bubble about to burst over Phoenix. And now you guys go right out in public telling the truth. What are you guys thinking? 🙂
I’m seriously considering moving many of my clients to Buckeye. I think (This is me seamlessly moving into Captain Obvious mode.) they’re going to be big-time.

It wasn’t that long ago that I wouldn’t take investors to Goodyear. Too far out. No jobs. I still get it with Maricopa and Queen Creek. I haven’t sold a rental home in Buckeye, but I know I will.
