I will be one of the guests on tomorrow’s broadcast of KJZZ’s Here and Now radio program. One of the big names of Phoenix real estate analysis will be there, as well, either R.L. Brown or Elliott Pollack. ASU’s Dr. Jay Butler cannot be there, more’s the pity. Jay Thompson, The Phoenix Real Estate Guy, will be a guest blogger, stirring the pot by keyboard.
The topic: The Phoenix-area real estate market.
The show will be broadcast on Wednesday from 11 am to 12 Noon on KJZZ 91.5 FM. A podcast will be available on Here and Now’s web page soon afterward.

Podcast hmmm? That’s a verbal thing right? Gee I don’t know…Maybe just send me the written transcript for faster reading. π
…. Just poking a little fun at our favorite breed of blogger. I can’t wait to hear the inflections, tone, maybe a few coarse “hahs”—ah sweet music to my mind’s ear. Maybe I’ll take a bike ride and listen. π

This is utterly amazing to me. A little push here, a little push there and maybe we can get something going in the Valley.

I told you I’m a very good speaker. Truly infectious enthusiasm. It’s my [Federal Fair Housing violation omitted] guilt that makes me wary of testimony.

Mid-80s and very dry this afternoon. I live right on the Arizona Canal, like an immense linear riverfront park. The Leggy Blonde and I rode it for about an hour this evening, to celebrate Persephone’s waning influence on our weather. Snow will come to you soon, as Hades asserts himself, but we’ll be riding our bikes all Winter long…

Bless you. Thank you. I had an inspection afterward, so I’m just getting back to the office. They told me the web part of the show was excellent, too. They’re very excited about turning a radio show into a five-media event: radio, call-in, live weblogging, podcasting and static weblogging. The whole thing was a blast! More from me later.

I listened to the podcast (while working, of course). I think I did okay for impromtu speaking. In retrospect, I wish I had stood up the whole while. It’s much easier to punch in the emphasis that way.

Excellent presentation Greg. Kudos.
Can we expect some podcasts of you on the blog in the near future? Hope so. Keep howlin’— we’re listening.

Yeah. I was looking at digital recording gear last night. I’m not crazy about it, but Cathy’s in love with the idea.
