Love these custom signs. I wish more agents did them. 🙂

Do you have any creative ideas for the old signs? I haven’t given it much thought yet.

They will. What we want it double-sided touch-screen video. That’ll come, too.

Good on ya! Tell the neighbors it worked.

Sellers sometimes take them from us. They end up hanging in the garage of their new home. At Unchained someone called it the world’s biggest refrigerator magnet.

I’m ready. Bring it on.
I’ve had three in one week — me personally — but I don’t think we’ve ever had ten houses close within the same one calendar month.

Nice sign Greg. I wish we could use something like that here, but the sign police around here would have a fit.

I’ve been putting laminated copies (front and back) of my flyers on the sign post and the idea of just transposing what I have on my flyers directly onto the sign seemed awesome. Sadly, after I pitched the idea to my broker, and they did some checking with corporate, the answer was no. I must maintain the corporate branding/image in the sign. Poo poo on them.
The corporate sign is minimum 1.5’x 2′ …the maximum allowed sign size is 6 sqft. That means, I could make a custom 1.5′ x 2′ “rider” (or make the corporate sign the rider). Anyone that works for a brokerage able to get around the corporate branding? Or am I going to have to go out on my own to fully accomplish what I want?

Up your own organization! No one should have to ask if it’s okay to have a brain.

James Hsu, I used to work for Prudential and put up with all their corporate whining. My suggestion is move to Keller Williams and start controlling your business. 🙂

I have mentioned the custom sign to a couple of friends at other companies. They said they couldn’t do it because of their company rules. Good for me and other people at flexible companies.
