Depending upon where you sell homes, you now have one powerful reason (of two) to target single, out-of-town buyers (as if Miami realtors need another reason to attract Minneapolis men). Me, I’m staying put in Charleston. But while the numbers may look good, I am furiously mining the data for the age (and, okay, income) to gain a better picture of where the girls are.

That age data would be useful.

Thanks. That suggests that there is a huge market, marketing houses to single women, over 35, in feeder cities to Southern California (or Phoenix).
This price dip may just be the opportunity for many of them to live in a cool part of the country and put themselves in a “mate-friendly” environment

Not only that, but if you are a single, male agent you might just develop a true long term relationship. Now, why does there seem to be an East/West separation to the sexes?

I wonder why there are so many single women on the East Side of the US.

Very interesting, there does seem to be an East and West separation. I guess its not my imagination. I wonder why…girls like CA too…what other factors might come into play. Perhaps I should start packing.

Growing up the Beach Boys were my all time favorite band. I even rewrote the lyrics to California Girls at 6th grade camp to account for the girls’ four cabins: East, South, Mid-camp and North. π My boys and I sing most of their songs (“only the fast ones” my six year old yells) as we drive to school each morning, so the admiration continues still.
I had the privilege of seeing Brian Wilson live in Chicago a while back and I met Parry O’Brian before he passed (unless you are a shot-putter this will mean nothing). Two milestones in my life. Brian Wilson is a genius.
I am going to go ahead and assume your comment and name are the real deal… just because it will make my year.

LOL, Sean my name is real and most of my comment as well, with a little tongue in cheek on the packing and moving to CA. Not that its a bad idea! I love the Beach Boys as well and saw them a few times, great memories.
