Dig this. Dumb but fun. A sticky way to see a lot of ads — but fun anyway.
Serious reflection #1: Another way for Zillow to be a sticky, top-of-mind vertical search portal. Get ’em there. Keep ’em there. Satisfy all of their real estate needs.
Serious reflection #2: The design sense in this new feature is far more sophisticated than anything we’ve seen from Zillow so far. I’m talking about a much higher standard of graphic elegance. Not jaw-dropping, but much better.

Excluding the awful “Hot or Not?”, I love “vs” web sites. Here’s one that let’s to put two web sites head to head and see which has better mark-up:

Practical use is the better the mark-up, the higher the site appears in Google searches. How does this site’s mark-up fair against, say, realtor.org?

Man, oh man, Hanging out the window down on the old Zestifarm ain’t gonna get it in those duels. If the house is great, it will require a dismounted assault (never treading on private property, mind you) for an aesthetic angle.
A winning Zestifarm photo will create more long tail.

After seeing how much the wife liked Digs, I’ve been dying to take some time to utilize this concept on our own site.
Here’s the result, featuring “more info” links to single project sites based on our custom engenu skin:

I’m thinking of inviting the general Philadelphia public to submit their own property pics, so that the idea can be used in a fun and not so dumb buzz creating way.
