It is with great pride that this particular award is bestowed on Kris. She, will of course win other awards for this post, but those are not awarded by me. This one is. Congratulations Kris!

Side note: those in my office thought blogging was a bit odd before today, when I said one of the great benefits was free food and liquor from out-of-town agents.
