    Dave, the video is a WMV file (as in Windows). Sorry, I don’t know for sure how to convert it to a Mac compatible format.

    It looks so tongue in cheek that I had a hard time believing it was true, too. Even though the agent’s website seems legitimate. So I checked the local address on MLS, and sure enough… it truly is for sale. A 725 square feet, hundred grand mess in its 133rd day on market. I guess you have to have a great sense of humor to take this listing in the first place!
