Does the US government shun Cubans more than they shun other people not members of We The People of the united States? My impression is that Cubans have a slight advantage compared to other foreign nationals. Should Rand Paul or Bernie Sanders (preferably both) introduce legislation creating a new path to US citizenship for Cubans?
