We teach Realtors how to use lease option financing as an alternatve financing method. Of course, we didn’t invent this simple idea. We stole it from here and perfected it here, back in the late 1990s.

Brian, it downloaded but I can’t seem to play it. Is there anything special that needs to be installed for Quicktime to be able to play this file? I’d love to hear it as it’s very relevant at the moment. Any chance for an alternate mp3 version?

I came over here to watch this but I can’t get the download to work either. Says it is missing some 3rd party software but you get to the Quicktime download site and there’s no indication of what needs to be downloaded. Bummer.
Anyway, Brian, I’m interested in your thoughts on the subject. I think we probably will still not be in 100% agreement, but I’m alway willing to listen to a different viewpoin. If you can get the podcast working let me know!
I think basically, the conundrum for me is the whole question of what is my duty to my client. As you have read I am generally not wild about these kind of arrangements but if there is a way to structure it so that it’s a positive for everyone, then I want to know how to do that.
