The greenish structures on the right are the Panorama Towers. They sit just on the west side of the I-15 freeway. Condos facing east will have a very dramatic view of CityCenter and much of the south Strip. Condos facing west will look upon flat land bearded by houses, and they will be blasted every day by the late afternoon sun.
What do you suppose is the price difference between the two sides of these towers?
Chuchundra says:
What a craptastic web site. Do they really think the music and the *swoosh* sounds will want to make me buy a condo? And I hate hate hate the overuse of PDFs. There’s no reason that a simple floor plan can’t be a GIF.
Beyond that, don’t people in Vegas like king size beds. Those master bedrooms are all so small.
Doesn’t the west face Red Rock Canyon?

Well, what’s the price difference?

Panorama Towers is a hip and trendy project. Three well known celebrities own units in tower one and two. On the downside, I have been inside many units and many of the units do have small bedrooms but large enough for most people. There is going to be major freeway noise bouncing between Panorama and MGM’s Project CityCenter however the spectacular views will hopefully overshadow it.

D Waters says:
Afternoon sun is one problem (although I have several large windows facing east, and that isn’t fun in Vegas, either), but most floors will have a nice view of the mountains to the west. The morning view of the mountains is pretty good, too.
I’m not sure how three luxury condo towers got approved for land that was previously zoned for light industrial, but of all of the non-strip Vegas projects, this is one of the few that’s actually going to be built and populated.

Actually D Waters, 4 luxury condo towers are approved. In light of the housing slowdown, it is doubtful though that tower 4 will be built.

With the lending industry nearly out of business, I also doubt tower 4 will ever be built. Tower 3 is almost topped off and looking good though!
