Because I’m too stupid to sleep, I wrote software to parse my MLS feed into customized XML feeds for the real estate aggregators. I have Trulia.com done (because I want to play with their free maps API) and I have what I need to do Propsmart.com. Google Base, too.
What do I need?
More.
If you know of a real estate aggregator, hit me with a comment or an email, if you would. From where I am now, I’m maybe 15 minutes a feed to add new ones. Tower of Babel, but it is what it is. I’d be grateful if you could tell me who I’m missing.

Trulia gets our listings off my feed. I didn’t know PropSmart, GoogleBase and Oodle accepted feeds. It would make sense, though. I will check it out.
I have a part time assistant that spends most of her time inputing listings to Craigslist, GoogleBase, Backpage, Ooodle, LiveDeal, WorldsList, CityCribs, etc., etc., etc. It would simply things if they all just grabbed the feed.
RealEstateAdvisor.com is a new one to me. Whoa. Trulia’s twin! So, who copied who? Thanks -CJ

Jeff, also not sleeping says:
The listings from your feed went live this afternoon at 1:19 PST; we’ll visit your feed URL at least once daily and refresh our site with any updates. Elegant job with the XML although there is a “NUL” character at the end of your zipcodes so if they didn’t parse properly we may have extracted the zips via geo-coding.
If you want another API toy, try typing in “www.bloodhoundrealty.com” at http://www.trulia.com/truliamap. It’s a new tool from Trulia that lets you stick a map with your properties on your site (or blog). Call it a way for us to disintermediate ourselves…

Very slick, Jeff. I’ll kill the NUL; too much C, not enough caffeine. God bless the insomniacs!
