There’s always something to howl about.

That picture reminds me of another powerful photographic close.
I once asked my blog readers: could I sell you a property without ever actually showing it to you but instead showing you something else?
Of course the majority answer was no.
Then came the picture.
A girl, maybe 10 years old, on a pink bike with monkey bars and a banana seat, pedaling down the quiet paved street outside the house, leading a horse.
The majority response was “where’s that house?”
Evoke a feeling of comfort, and don’t be lying when you do it, and you can sell forever. After all, you’re just focusing them on what’s real. Your pic does the same thing. It might mean “see why you should sell that useless Connecticut winter deck and move to Phoenix where you could be sitting outside now” or it could mean “imagine how cosy this place will be Christmas morning”
Imagination and emotion.

Video billboards are going up all over Phoenix, and I’m dying to be one one:
Mom is smiling, standing in the doorway of a tidy home. Dad is getting out of his car in the driveway. And running toward him are the golden girlchild and her Golden Retriever. BloodhoundRealty.com.

Damn straight.
It’s nice to see you, Rob. Please give my regards to Bill.

I have to tell you that I am shocked to see that much snow before Halloween.
We got a light dusting in Charlottesville, but I was still able to go out and show real estate this weekend.
Happy Halloween

In honor of the snow back east, I made espresso today for the first time since last Winter. Cold here, too: 88 for the high.
Two words for you, Robert Worthington: Vacation home. Sell a bunch this Winter.

No snow here in Bend yet… but it will happen. As long as you have a ski area close, snow can help sell.

Give me a few weeks. I’ll put up a picture of snow that would help a sale. I know it is hard to the southern folk to understand, but some people actually like snow!

Tim Riggins says:
For people that live in places where they get a lot snow probably don’t enjoy the scenery because of how cold it is.

I’ve been watching the temperature in Anaheim. Y’all live on a cold planet.

Snow in October is early; however, it is invigorating. The four seasons are one of the best parts of being alive. I can recall trick or treating outside in Ohio right after the first dusting of snow.
