I’m back in the saddle, but will have the promised post on qualified plans vs. investment grade insurance tomorrow or Wednesday, as my energy level didn’t return as quickly as I’d hoped. Ignorance can produce golden opportunities, as long as it runs into real knowledge. Again, the plan is for that to happen in a day or two. Thanks for your patience. π
Meanwhile, you can take a look at what might happen if you look through the wrong end of the telescope.

Glad to hear you are feeling better Jeff! Getting sick sucks, more so during a busy time of year. But I guess their is no good time to get sick.

Thanks Chris – it was more of a slowness. (resist the temptation)

I hear you.
On a business note, its booming! I thought this was supposed to be a “bad” market. I guess a lot of people didn’t get the memo. The Re/Max office I am a part of is booming. I hope yours is going just as well.

We’re seeing the same thing, though certainly not in San Diego – though there are pockets here doing fairly well. Kris Berg’s area in Scripp’s Ranch is selling well and usually in less time than you’d expect.
Our business is mostly outa state these days, and doing very well, as investors are excited when they discover areas doing well, and for the right reason – much like KC, I’m sure.
I betcha those scrappy Royals are doing well too, eh? π
