For the life of me, I’ll never understand why a paint job like that should ever dissuade a serious buyer. It’s a great bargaining item and so cheap to fix.
A paint job like that shouts: “THE OWNERS ARE CLUELESS ABOUT PROPER MARKETING AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO STEAL THIS.”
Too personalized I guess. I do agree that it shouldn’t scare away a serious buyer, but many buyers just don’t have ‘vision’. This orange paint will most likely cost the sellers in the long run. Thats also why we stage them.

I wounder how much it cost in final price for not painting to a neutral color. Most likely 3 to 4 times what it would have cost to paint it.
