    Hi Greg: Since i’ve only been a Realtor for 6 months, the deals I have brokered with buyers so far love the concept of “pictures”…..peoples lives are busy. I take pics – burn them to a CD, invite them for coffee – let’s take a “tour”…..wow. It works. It’s fun.

    Agreed. We build web pages or full-blown web sites for buyers — relos, previews or progress reports on new builds.
