Staging Oregon....

No, that isn't a photo by Walker Evans. It's one of dozens of pictures we took in the process of refurbishing and staging 718 West Oregon Avenue in North Central Phoenix. This is a nice example of how far beyond decorating issues home staging can go -- and it is also a good demonstration of the value skilled Realtors bring to a home marketing effort. The work on this home was done in five days. It was overseen by Cathleen Collins. Half a dozen vendors were involved, but much of the work was undertaken by our friends, clients and trusted advisors, Mark and Debbie Deermer.
