I was unable to get inside, but the home seems to be in very good shape for what I was able to see. The wood is in very good condition, but it could use some paint. What I saw of the carpet looked fairly nice. There are choice upgrades in this home, including slate floors. The air conditioner was running, so we know it works.
Ashton Ranch is a sweet community in Surprise, one of my long-time favorites. There are three community pools plus a number of playgrounds and greenbelt parks. Ashton Ranch Elementary School is in the middle of the community, so kids can ride their bikes to school.
